Returns

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns will be accepted as long as the product is returned in an 'as new' condition i.e. unworn and with all labels and tags attached. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, damaged or are not in their original condition.

Valid returns entitle you to a full refund (less cost of original postage) or exchange. We don't cover the returns cost. Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked) and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

To return an item, please follow this process:

  • Email us stating your order number and describing which item(s) you wish to return, and reason for doing so.
  • We will email you a Returns Authorisation Form which you must print and enclose with your parcel.
  • Once we've received your return, we will process your refund or exchange in line with our terms. We endeavour to complete this within 48 hours from receipt of your return but please note, it may take up to 10 days for your bank to post the refund to back in to your account.
